Registration Regulations
1. Student fee is ONLY applicable for student who is the FIRST author of the paper as a presenter or a student participant as a listener. Please submit a copy of student card or official letter to the Conference Secretary along with other registration materials.2. One regular paper registration can cover a paper within 12 pages, including all figures, tables, and references, and extra page will be charged from the 13th page at 60 USD per page based on that the final edited version of the accepted paper is typeset according to the conference proceeding template in LNCE.
3. Onsite registration is applicable to presentation only (abstract submission) and listeners. If you would like to register onsite, you are required to give us a notice before May 1, 2025 for preparing you materials.
5. Payment must be made in USD (US dollars). The conference organizer will not bear any bank charges associated with the transfer of money or Service Charge.
6. Your registration will NOT be confirmed until payment is received in full. When the registration is confirmed, an e-copy of official receipt will be sent to you (if a hard copy receipt is required, please contact info@aceerconf.org for details).
7. The basic registration fee DOES NOT INCLUDE accommodation fee, transportation fee, visa application fee, paper publication fee in SCI indexed journals and extra page charges for conference proceeding papers.

• Wire Transfer
Please contact the Conference Secretary via info@aceerconf.org for bank details. Bank charges are the responsibility of the payer.
Refund Policy
If you are unable to attend the conference, we welcome substitute delegates attending in your place at no extra cost provided that we have at least one week prior notice of the name of your proposed substitute and have received payment in full.All refund requests must be made via email to conference secretary at info@aceerconf.org.
* Before May 1st, 2025, a refund will be issued with a deduction of a 5% handling fee.
* From May 1st to June 25th, 2025: 50% of payment Refund.
* After June 25th, 2025: no refund.
* Non-refund on delay or force majeure events including, without limitation, natural disasters, fires, earthquake or storm, strikes, failures of public utilities or common carriers, acts of war, or intervention, acts restraints or regulations of any governmental authority, including compliance with any order of any governmental considerations.
The bank charges incurred while refunding the registration fee should be totally borne by the participants.
Tips for Participants
* The participants are required to enter and exit the conference areas wearing the name tag, and not to lend the name tag to others. Non-participants are not allowed to enter the conference areas without permission.* Please keep all your belongings (laptop, mobile phone, etc.) with you in the public. The conference organizer is not responsible for loss or damage of property.
