- Payment is supposed to be made in USD, kindly confirm with us if you would love to pay in other currency. The conference organizer will not accept any bank charges associated with the transfer of money.
- Your registration will NOT be confirmed until the payment is received in full. When the registration is confirmed, an e-copy of official receipt will be sent to you.
- The standard registration fee DOES NOT INCLUDE accommodation fee, transportation fee, visa application fee, paper publication fee in SCI journals.
- Kindly input the paper ID when making the payment. You will receive an official confirmation email and an e-copy of official receipt within 5 days after receipt of the required fees.

Cancellation PolicyIf the registrant is unable to attend, and is not in a position to transfer his/her participation to another person, then the following refund arrangements apply.
- Before June 1st: Full Refund;
- From June 1st to June 30th: 50% of Payment Refund;
- After June 30th: No Refund.
